Lake Calhoun

Old Gods, New Money.

Lake Calhoun is the largest lake in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and part of the city’s Chain of Lakes. Surrounded by city park land and circled by bike and walking trails, it is popular for many outdoor activities. The lake has an area of 401 acres (1.62 km2) and a maximum depth of 87 feet. The area has since be revitalized mingling new condos and shop with old architecture. The surrounding neighborhood is a magnet for the rich and powerful (many of which with vast investment portfolios with DH Acquisitions, LL or with Carlos Ortega’s banking cartel, in the Twin Cities, especially because it is not far from the night life of Downtown Minneapolis, the restaurants off of Eat and Lake Streets, and the theaters in Uptown.

While not a gated community, the neighborhood does value its security and has contracted with Monoc Securities to ensure that the area remains safe and protected.
